How long is a fitness program?
Each fitness program is typically 8 weeks long. Each specific program description will state specifics regarding the individual program.
Do I need access to a gym for the fitness program?
We offer three types of workout programs to help keep you on track. 1. GYM-ONLY Version, 2. HOME-ONLY Version, and 3. Gym and Home Version. You get to choose whichever suits your needs and accessibility.
Are the Fitness Unbounded Programs suitable for beginners?
They can be! Each exercise comes complete with video exercise demonstrations. If you need assistance, send us an email to info.fitnessunbounded@gmail.com
Do the programs include coaching?
We offer two options for our programs: Coached and Uncoached.
What equipment is needed?
Each client is unique with different limits, goals, and accessibilities.
Each custom program will include a list of suggested equipment based on the plan. However, if obtaining the equipment is not possible, alternatives can be suggested.

*Beginners may not require heavy weight to start off. However, certain programs may require a heavier load to achieve desired results.
Do you offer nutrtional coaching or diet plans?
General nutritional guidance is included in the 12 -week programs and Challenges.
We also offer an in-depth guide to nutrition and health guide.
Maintaining a healthy diet is a key factor in making progress in your journey. We are available for nutrition questions or concerns. We believe that everyone should have access to correct nutrition information and resources available.
If you are only interested in Nutritional Coaching Information, we offer plans here
We do not provide Diet Plans. Personal Trainers are educated on nutrition but we are not permitted to provide specific diet plans, that is the job of a Registered Dietician. If you are interested in more specifics regarding meal plans, please reach out and we can guide you to the appropriate resources.
